The practice

Tarh Va Afarinesh is a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering practice founded in 1998 by Mohammad Nemati and Shiva Aghababaei.

Working across architecture, interior design, engineering, construction and project management, the studio has contributed to more than forty national and international projects, with extensive experience in hospitality, tourism and complex building programmes.

Its approach brings design and technical disciplines into one integrated process, carrying architectural intent from early concept through engineering and execution.

Philosophy

Design beginswith the question, not the answer.

Quality of life

Architecture is measured by what it makes possible for the people who use it every day.

Responsibility

Every decision carries consequences for comfort, context and the resources a building consumes.

Integration

Design, engineering and execution stay in one process, so architectural intent survives into the built space.

People
